I’ve been teaching a long time. In those years I’ve recognized the most important elements for learning and understanding meditation. I’ve also noticed the places where people get confused, and waste a lot of time.
When you’re beginning meditation, or as often happens, re-beginning after a break, it’s important to have a clear understanding of what meditation is, what it does, and how it came to be the way it is.
Meditation works by leveraging principals of how the mind operates. You have to understand a little before you can expect meditation to do what it is supposed to do.
The Meditation 101 email course to the rescue!
I’ve put the most frequent questions and put them into a six-day email course.
This is truly what every meditator should know.
Each email is short and to the point, but it’s also linked to a longer, more detailed article if you click through. So, if you only have a few minutes, this will fit into that time slot. But if you want to go deep, this will open a door for that, too.
Of course, unsubscribe whenever you want. Your email is safe with me.
